Split Jerk x 3 reps

*Sets 1-3 = @ 70% of 1-RM Jerk

*Sets 4-6 = @ 75%

*Sets 7-8 = @ 80%

Metcon: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

40 Double-Unders

20 Push Presses 95/65

10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
